It started with an SMS I will never forget: “₹XXXXX has been debited… Your remaining balance is ₹29.”

It was the 4th of the month. I had just ₹29 left to survive. Not because I was careless, but because I was doing everything society told me was “right.” I was a gold medalist with a strong academic background, a good job, and a stable career path. But after stretching myself to buy a small piece of land, I was financially paralyzed.

Despite being a top performer, I couldn’t even create basic financial security for myself.
